Trade Enquires

We work 365 days a year and will deliver any where at any time. Please book as early as possible especially at Christmas and new year. We also do a full buffet services.

Rental Portable Hog Roast Oven

We also rent the hog roast oven, this can be rented on its own or with a 55kg or 60kg pig, also gas bottle. please call for rental price.

Charity Events and Fund Raisers

We will where possible try to help out by attending and making it a day to remember, also giving a generous donation of the days takings.

Customer Sample Price List Trailer or Gazebo

A local butchers pig average weight of 55kg, done either on site in the mobile Spit Oven or done in the big Oven and delivered sizzling Hot (with or without the head). This is a large enough pig to provide 200+ medium sized rolls or at least 100+ plated portions.

We provide all the fresh rolls baked that day, hot sage and onion stuffing, bramble apple sauce and all the mustards and sauces needed for an army to use.
No need to worry about a thing we bring everything we need and will even take our rubbish home, if cooking on site the use of a plug would be appreciated but not needed as we have silent running generators.

This full service with two smartly dresses staff in full catering clothes comes to £600 all in. We transport all food items in a Fridge / Freezer van and are registered with the Environmental health dept in Scotland and England. Full public and employers liability insurance. Cooking staff have food hygiene certificates and all gas items have current Corgi certificates. Please don't hesitate in asking to see these as I am very happy to show them as I know most people don't have some or all of them.

How to Book Us

In the first instance please email, write or phone me to confirm I can do the event, after that I need £100 non refundable deposit to book the date, if paying by cheque full payment has to be made no later than two weeks prior to the event unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to the two week dead line.
